He’s joined by two exceptional chefs, Kane Sorells and Nate Lapides, known for their innovative work at Ilis in Brooklyn, the pioneering restaurant founded by Mads Refslund.

SweetHeart Orchards is the only local grower of  the famed Colassal White Asparagus. Imbibe in a multi-course sensoral experience set within the array of Pomegranate trees and their very own White Asparagus fields. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared to highlight the freshest local produce, perfectly paired with our own succulent harvest from Sweetheart Orchards, including the California Colassal White Asparagus. As you enjoy the beauty of the orchard and its unique flavors, connect with the land, the chefs, and the story behind your meal.
